Bearskin Neck – Bearskin Neck is an internationally known art colony.  This stretch of land is full of rustic little shops full of one of a kind items from local artists. Paintings, fine art, photography, jewelry and everything in between can be found on this picturesque stretch of land.

Motif No.1 – Perhaps the symbol of Rockport to many, the red fish shack that was dubbed Motif #1 by an art instructor from Paris, Lester Hornby, years ago.  This building is the most depicted building in the world.

Straitsmouth Island – Straitsmouth Island is home to Straitsmouth Island light.  This lighthouse is situated in an uninhabited area.  The land on Straitsmouth Island is cared for by the Audubon Society.  This lighthouse can be viewed from Bearskin Neck and the Headlands among other locations in Rockport.

Thacher Island – Thacher Island is the site of the Twin Lights.  These lighthouses were the last lighthouses built in the USA under British rule and they still stand and are used daily today.  These are beautiful stone lighthouses, that stand over 80 feet tall.
